go to cutestblogsontheblock.com, once you find a background you like click on it and it, and it will tell you step by step how to post it to your blog, its pretty easy....
K I have tried this website but all I get is other links that aren't what I am looking for. am I doing it wrong? or do I click on a different link once I get to the webpage?

On the right side of the page there's a long column that has a bunch of background categories. Just click on the theme you want, and then click on the picture of the background you like. A new page should come up with instructions for applying it to your blog. Call me if you have questions.
