I am a little behind on this, but last week my baby was the size of a soccer ball (aren't soccer balls smaller then basketballs, so is my baby getting smaller?) She is 17-18 inches long and 3.5 pounds. Pushing nearly 4 pounds, your baby's gaining more weight then height from now until her birthday in a few short week. Baby's reproductive organs are continuing to grow more sophisticated too, and would be quite visible on an ultrasound these days.
